In-terminal shuttle service is available after security for departing, arriving, and connecting passengers requiring assistance to and from their gates, including people with disabilities.
Find shuttle service pick up points by locating the purple “Wait here for mobility assistance” signs in both terminals, located immediately after security for Departures and after you exit the jet bridge on Arrivals.
Our shuttle service can accommodate people with mobility devices (folding or non-folding) and assistive equipment (as long as these fit into the shuttle without danger to other passengers). Our shuttles also accept passengers travelling with service animals.
Missed the signage?
Passengers are welcome to flag a shuttle driver in transit and request a ride. Requests to stop the shuttle can also be made directly to the shuttle driver so you can disembark anywhere along their route.
Our in-terminal shuttle service is available after security across both terminals with service to most gates where physical space allows. It is currently not available at the following locations:
- Terminal 1: Gates F84-F99
- Terminal 3: Gates Ac-A16
- Infield Concourse
