In order to help support Toronto Pearson passengers, Welcome team members must complete the required online courses.

How to wear PPE

Lounge Renumbering & Wayfinding

Airport Security Awareness Training 

Within the four weeks of the date of your first shift:

Active Assailant Awareness Training

Facility Control Measures and Evacuation Plan

 

Within 90 days of your first shift:

Creating a Respectful Workplace

Occupational Health and Safety

Introduction to Irregular Operations (IRROPS)
