Material movements

To move or transport materials at Pearson Airport, complete and submit the Material Movements Form. You will receive an email with your Material Movement Permit, which you need to print copies of to keep with you and in your vehicle.

You don't need email approval from Pearson for your permit, but be aware that officials may cancel or stop this movement at any time without notice.

Activity Notice

The Activity Notice process replaces the Project Logistics Plan (PLP). It is the approval document you will need to present to Security, Groundside or FedEx Supply Chain personnel upon request.
