Improving the passenger experience with more support and resources

The Toronto Star recently published an outline of what passengers can expect when travelling through Toronto Pearson.

From more information on peak travel times to additional self-serve tools and staff, the entire airport community is working hard to improve the passenger experience, and we’re on the right track. Our latest data shows that wait times are declining and delays are stabilizing, even as passenger numbers continue to rise. 

We know there’s more to be done and we will continue to work with our airport partners to ensure passengers have a predictable, reliable and enjoyable journey.
