In celebration of our fourth “Best large airport in North America” win and our new “Best hygiene measures in North America” recognition in ACI World’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey, we’re profiling the people who made it happen—our employees! Meet Rajvir, Lost and Found Coordinator at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority.
If you have lost something in the terminals or parking garages at Pearson Airport, Rajvir will help you find it. “It is a very fulfilling role since we often turn a stressful situation into a joyful experience for passengers,” says Rajvir.
“Many times, we are dealing with finding critical items like medical equipment or medication that a passenger needs to have on hand for emergencies,” explains Rajvir. “We locate and arrange for immediate shipping, even if the passenger cannot afford the shipping cost.”
