Meet Smit, who brings excellent service from check-in to the gate

As a member of the Global Aviation Services team supporting customer service for Air France-KLM at Toronto Pearson, Smit is one of the first faces a passenger sees when beginning their journey through the airport. He focuses on providing a warm welcome, excellent service and going the extra step to show passengers how valued they are at Toronto Pearson.

One passenger shared their thoughts: 

“I must say, Smit was very friendly and courteous…. When it was time to actually check-in he took me aside for excellent one-on-one service and ensured I had a great seat. I have travelled a lot over the years for work and I must say, that was the best service I can remember receiving at an airport. I could only wish to have service half as good in my future travels.”
