Meet Steve, who helps “Passengers with Reduced Mobility” (PRM) have a smooth and stress-free airport experience

Steve supervises all PRM operations. This includes surrey transport, wheelchair push service from aircraft to curb for multiple airlines, as well as restocking, cleaning and maintaining all wheelchairs and other mobility-assistive equipment.

“Our hard-working, well-trained team ensures that all essential passengers—whether with a physical impairment or hidden disability—have a worry-free, seamless experience at Pearson,” says Steve.

“This is especially true during the pandemic,” says Steve. “We are proud to be part of a Healthy Airport and are committed to passenger safety. Our staff diligently ensure that all equipment is sanitized and put guests at ease, helping them navigate the new safety protocols."

“This award is important to me. It cements that Pearson's biggest advantage over all other airports is the quality of our employees. I think that truly comes to life in the job we do every day,” adds Steve.

Thanks for everything you and your team does, Steve!
