Porters ensure you do not have to do any of the heavy lifting and are ready to assist in navigating your journey at Toronto Pearson Airport.
You can pre-arrange Porter Services ahead of your travel date(s) or find us in the airport.
To request Porter Services and pre-arrange a booking online, please complete the form 24 hours in advance of your required service date.
Please note all pre-arranged bookings required to be paid in advance. In the event of a cancellation, there is a 24 hour grace period where a full refund will be provided.
You will receive a confirmation email the same day within regular business hours confirming that the Porter will be waiting for you at Arrivals, holding a sign with your name.
Fees
Fees vary depending on the number and size of your baggage items. Fixed rate: $15.00 for up to three items.
- Additional bag rate: $2.00 per bag
- Group rate: $3.00 per bag (no flat fee)
- Pets / equipment: Additional $10.00 per cage
- Transfer to carpark or another terminal: Additional $10.00
- Pre-arranged online booking including a sign with your name: $20.00 (pre-payment for pre-arranged is accepted by credit card or e-transfer)
Customers travelling with more than two live animals are recommended to pre-arrange Porter Service to ensure a smooth and quick airport transition.
If you do not book ahead, you can still hire a Porter on arrival or departure

Please call 15-20 minutes in advance and provide your name, airline and flight number, destination and amount of luggage. Ambassador Porter Service will ensure that your service needs are tended to.
