We are kicking off National Volunteer Week (April 14 – 20) with a huge shoutout to our Welcome Team at Toronto Pearson airport. Our 200 volunteers enhance the passenger experience by greeting travelers, assisting with wayfinding, and answering questions. Marked by Volunteer Canada, this year’s theme is #EveryMomentMatters which highlights the importance and value our volunteers contribute to the wellbeing of our community.

The Welcome Team recently celebrated its tenth anniversary bringing a decade of joy to passengers who travel through Toronto Pearson. The program is an on-going initiative for creating a more enjoyable travel experience at Toronto Pearson.
