For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking is due to start:

• You may cancel you booking using our online service.
• The Greater Toronto Airports authority will refund your prepaid parking charges. 

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking is due to start: 

Please complete the Parking Refund Request Form or email parkingreservations@gtaa.com for a refund. 

A cancellation fee will apply dependent on the parking option you booked: 

• $38 fee for Daily Park and Preferred Park bookings
• $30 fee for Value Park Garage bookings
• $76 fee for Valet Care bookings
• $35 for Park and Ride bookings
• $30 for Viscount Station Reserved Lot bookings
• $25 for Value Park Lot bookings
• $59 for Express Valet bookings
• $42 for Preferred Park bookings.

Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival using our online service. Please note the following:

• Expired promotional offers cannot apply to amended bookings
• Rates are subject to change based on current online pricing
• Amendments or extensions to existing reservations are not permitted on bookings that have already started as per the booking entry date and time; if necessary, customers can settle any additional charges for overstays upon exit.

For same day changes you must call (416) 776-5157, available 24/7.

There is a grace period that allows you to arrive one hour before or after your reservation's start or end time.

Outside of that hour, an additional charge for time used outside of your reservation will be automatically added to your final bill. Remember to give yourself extra time when dropping off and picking up your vehicle to avoid unexpected costs.
