New measures include:

- Policies to limit terminal access to same-day travellers and employees on duty
- Face coverings mandatory for everyone in public areas of the airport
In addition, we understand that travel plans can change, especially in the current environment. For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking is due to start, you may amend or cancel your booking anytime using our online service and we will adjust or refund your prepaid parking charges. If you are required to cancel less than 24 hours before your booking is due to start, please contact our customer service team at parkingreservations@gtaa.com.
